标题: 东北【Payneham 12站】超级方便【单人房】出租咯 10分钟到city！

在东北区。治安很好。附近有大的运动中心。也有suburb图书馆。
离家不行5分钟是Marden Shopping Center。里面有一个Woolworth，POST，commonwealth bank和一个亚洲超市。
不用麻烦再去chinatown啦有了亚洲超市。附近有韩国餐馆和KFC还有pizza hut和fish&chips。
生活方便是没得说的。
公交车一共4辆可以选择174,177,178，179。在阿大门口就能坐车。上学车上10分钟搞定。

是我和女朋友take 下来的unit，共两间房。我们住的master room。现在招一名安静整洁的女生入住单人房。
家里有一萌狗。不怕狗狗的同学欢迎来看房。狗狗都生活在后院里。很听话。
