东区10站，公车高峰期1小时6班，平时1小时4班，骑自行车去大学也就10分多钟，走路去大学半小时，单人间出租，Queensize的床，大壁柜，出门就是车站，对面就是麦当劳，新装修unit，家里住满就3人，135 share bill,长租价格可议
