全新粉刷的house。每个房间都是double size。整个house全新地板。gas 做饭。房间都带build-in-robe。

50米到车站
50米到local shop， pizza店，7-11店，等
走路到shopping centre，有foodland，coles，target等大型超市
开车5分钟内有wolworth，bigw等。

单间大间出租单人 130 包bills

有2个房间出租，大间 $130,超过15平方
