As per the guide to South Australia's child restraint laws;
Just because they have turned 4 years old does not mean they are ready for a booster seat. If your child is still under 18 kg and fitting in the forward-facing child safety seat with built harness, keep using this restraint.
my safety seats you saw is 8 - 18 kg.
you have 2 others options
booster seats 14 -26 Kg
combination 8- 26 Kg

my kid is reaching 4 yo and 16kg, so will like to go for booster seat.
