城中心学生公寓出租，地段 140 North Terrace, Adelaide SA 5000, Australia，原本房租是 $269/$280 现在只用租255（全包和无线），家具齐全，房间自带卫生间。公寓里有4个房间，但一直只有2个人住，室友是友善的鬼佬，很好的机会去学习他们的文化和语言。楼下就是各种超市餐馆。公寓里面有一个看电影的地方和各种学习产所，同时公寓里定期会有活动可以参加，让自己的业余生活丰富起来。

Lease ends 31/Dec/2011 with possibility of extension.
Take over my lease instead of signing up at the counter to enjoy the old rent.
