请考虑一下这间房在south road第7站去flinders 和 city都很方便最主要是离车站很近走路3分钟

出门走路1分钟到车站，多路去marion, city。 Flinders Loop bus, 或走路去Flinders 5分钟。全新家具，新冷暖两用空调。房间舒适安全，宁静，方便，景观美，环境适合学习，享受生活。

20分钟车程到城，门口就是交通站多路车去城。（以前在啊大读书，20分钟是真的。）
交通非常方便，就在FMC和FLIDERS UNIVERSITY对面的小区，BEDFORD PARK，直达车到CITY 和MARION SHOPPING CENTRE的车有N多趟，走路上 Flinders Uni, 或在FMC乘坐Loop。
全新家具，（大厨，写字台，新空调，双人床与全新高级双人床垫，椅子，台灯和床头柜）
房间内带洗漱即镜子。房间大约16-17 sqm 全新的防盗门窗和防虫网。
附近有公园 and Mcdonald和24小时便利。
