房位于CITY西南方向第五站（千万注意不是西边，没飞机从头顶飞！）。房子于08年年底建好。

附近有大型购物中心，包括超市COLES，SUBWAY,NANDO'S, KMART商场都在步行5分钟距离以内。地理位置好，绝对闹中取静。绝对！

由于是新建房，布局绝对合理，适合现代生活方式。快告别N个人用一个厕所，厕所和浴室在一起的时代吧。

离市中心仅5站，有N种公车可去CITY和FLINDERS大学方向上学工作，出门不用看车表。公车路过唐人街，方便买菜购物休闲娱乐。

08年底新建成，全新装修，家电09年2-3月份购入，全新。室内有与保安公司相连的报警系统，还有一绝对安全的停车位供实用。

衣柜，书桌，写字椅，台灯，床，餐桌，茶几，电视等等等等一应俱全，拎包即住。还有WII可以玩。
