出租1间单人房，地点靠近 Mawson Lakes Unisa campus （步行15~20分钟）与火车站 Mawson Interchange （步行7~10分钟，看个人的速度）。

这是一个5房式的大房和两个浴室。

地点位于Mawson lakes 新屋区。
附近有 Hungry Jack, KFC and Subway.

交通方便，火车9~15分钟到City Train Station(9am~3pm express train 9~10 分钟出 city). 火车超准时，每15分钟一班。

门口有411到Mawson Lakes Interchange.

还有 222，224，225，T501 出city 和经过 Mawson Lakes Unisa campus, Woolworths, Mawson Cetre(Library and Community Centre).

本屋室友爱干净爱卫生，家里清洁干净，定时大扫除。

现找爱干净，不抽烟，不养宠物的室友1名. PS：男女均可。

available after 25/6。如有兴趣可以先看房子。

家具与水电全包 $120per week

PS: 大部份时间家里都没人，上班的上班，上课的上课，所以家里很安静，很适合学习。晚上也一样，大家都很安静。
