Large clean private house in quiet and tree-lined suburb close to both the city and surrounding shopping centres. House is fully equipped with stove/oven, two refrigerators (430L each), microwave, washing machine, Broad-band Internet access (TPG 100G), TV with VCR/DVD players, 2 bathrooms/toilets and a large flowering garden. Walking distance to Big W /Woolworth, Castle Plaza (Coles/Foodland/Target etc). This room (9 m^2) is fully furnished with single bed, study desk and chair, book shelf, wardrobe, bedside table and electrical fan. Currently the house is occupied by a Chinese family (the owner) working at University of Adelaide and a Korean tenant with one spare bedroom for sharing. Perfect for University students or professional staff. Minimum 3 months stay. The rental covers all expenses (electricity/gas/water bills and internet cost).

Bus W90/W91 (via Winston Avenue) at Bus stop 13, which is just in front of the house.

Bus G10/G20/G40 (via Goodwood Road) at bus stop 10.

Bus 719/720/721 (via South Road) at Bus stop 10.

是的。不过除了厨房共用外，其他都是和房客相对独立的，两个房客共用一个大冰箱（420L)和一个卫生间，除了自己房间的卫生，其他所有区域的卫生都由房东负责，并且大小问题和需求随时解决。此外，房东一家因为要上班和上学，周一到周六白天都不在家，晚上才做一顿饭，不会使房客有不自由和受约束的感觉。现在的两个房客都是第一次招进来的，都住了一年半，这周六要退房的房客是因为要回国呆两个月才退房的，另一个韩国房客至少要住到今年12月份，有可能还要续约。
