有两房或一房出租，全新BLAIR ATHOL房子，三房两个厕所，我住其中MASTER ROOM，可租一至两间，120元包水电煤和UNLIMITED网络，房子内有BUILDIN WARDROBE
advantage:
靠边BUS STOP，1分钟内慢速可步行到，靠近NORTH PART SHOPING CENTER 和SEFTON SHOPING CENTER
我在CITY上班地9点-5点，happy to give you a lift，or i can pick you up during the night time in the city
可以帮你搬家，但只限于没有大件家具
disadvantage
现在房子隔壁有块吉地，预计随时会BUILD，会有噪音
因为是新房，所以有些家具还没有，但很快就会买
不喜欢2 weeks notice即可搬走
6月6号后可搬入
诚招爱干净，有责任心的女生或刚来ADELAIDE的学生，我可以提供机场接机
长租短租均可

谢谢各位支持，更新一下，今天有两对COUPLE打来问房，我之前没有想过租给COUPLE，不过后来想想，只要是有责任心又干净的COUPLE的话，也可以，不过租金是贵一点180元，配KING SIZE大床

谢谢你的帖，我也不是很清楚，只是知道在我的房子在MAINNORTH附近，而且距公交车站只要1MIN，但我的房子不是在主路上，所以不会受路上车的噪音影响，所以只要去MAINNORTH路上的车都会到

更新一下信息,房子下周未才可以INSPECT,如果大家有兴趣的话就下周未约时间吧,而且房子要6月10号左右才准备好.我可能把贴子放早了,之前浪费大家时间,不好意思

Currently there are two rooms available, One with single bed ($120 per week) and one with double bed($130 per week) Each room is equipped with big built-in robe, a study desk and a chair. and overall, the house is decorated nicely, Even though it is a share house, you will find this house lovely and warm, giving you the feeling of real home. 200G TPG network bandwidth, dishwasher, and BBQ. The landlord is Unisa full-time professional staff, she is very nice and easy-going,looking forward to meeting new ppl. If you are interested in the house,contact me to arrange an inspection, At the first glance of the photos, you will love the house.

Transport:
1min walking distance to bus stop 19 in main north road, direct bus to city and Mawson lakes campus and ,close to north part shopping center and sefton shopping center
