帮我朋友招HOMESTAY:
他是本地的鬼佬
是大学教 INTERNATIONAL TRADE 的教授。人超级随和
离CITY不远
，这是他去年新买的TOWNHOUSE
现在有两个房间招租。房租Rent is $700/month without food, $900/month with meals.
下面是他自己写的一段话描述的："Hello. My name is Dess Pearson, university lecturer. I live in Plympton with my daughter.

My house is in North Plympton, about 7 km from the city. From Bus stop 6, you can take 167 to Adelaide Uni, UniSA (abt 15mins) and many schools and colleges. Woolworths and Coles supermarkets are close by too.

The house, a 4 bedroom town house, is brand new as are all furnishings and beddings in the room. I have a high-speed wireless internet broadband which you can access. Rent is $700/month without food, $900/month with meals.

Probably the best advantage I offer is a clean, relaxed environment that is conducive to study; help with course work and English is always on hand.
