大家好，此帖是帮我的房东发的，因为种种原因我们要搬走了，所以帮忙给发下，房东是越南人，人不错也很好说话，住了两年快三年彼此也留下了很深厚的感情~
大家可以看一下，以下是原文。。。这个房子２００８年的时候刚建好的，所有的东西包括洗衣机，大冰箱，还有空调都是新的～～而且都是ＬＧ和富士通的～房子是在房东的大房子后面，中间有花园隔着，有自己的独立私人空间，绝对不受影响～
Small house is available from 21 march 2011
Its floor is 60m2, suitable for up to 2 students or a couple. It has toilet, bathroom, kitchen,
fridge with built in freezer, washing machine, reverse cycle air conditioner with inverter.
Built in the backyard. It has single bed in each room, roller shutters all round the house. Porcelain tile floor.

Gas, water, electricity and fast wireless network Internet connected
from main house which is at the front.

There is no bill to pay. But included in the rent. $300 per week. So make an offer to secure if interested asap. No pet, no smoker.

房子我们打扫很干净的，基本和两年多前住前一样，保养得也很好！

厕所，和浴室一个门进去，可是厕所还有一个单独的小门~窗户有卷帘，晚上可以放下，很安全~

厨房，LG冰箱洗衣机，冰箱很大~

啊啊啊~~忘了和大家说了，去LCB，regencytafe抄近路估计走路15分钟，坐bus也可以，18站有华人超市，有越南粉，有TAB,还有老外的snack bar,再坐同一路bus到andlre shopping centre，10分钟左右，自己开车5分钟，那里woolworths, coles, HS, cinema等等等等，应有尽有，开车5分钟左右还有麦当劳，BP加油站，总的来说还是比较方便~~~
