house 位于西边MILE END，安全安静的第6站. 130-139(10多趟车，交通超级方便大概5分钟不用看站表) ，J1 ，J2都可以坐。直达阿大语言中心，china town ,阿大门口 uni sa各校区，CITY TAFE。5分钟走到foodland ,Woolworths,亚洲超市（类似东方超市），银行，邮局，水果超市。KFC ，roast，PizzaHut,都很近。房间宽敞明亮提包即可入住。欢迎随时看房，干净.

Rent 110 includes all bills except electricity bill. Electricity bill is between 0.6-1 dollar a day depends on season.

房间内是否有空调？厨房照片怎么样呢？能提供什么家具？价格怎么样，如果家具不全，我们自己购买的话？

Furniture includes Bed frame, matress, study desk, chair and a large coffee tabke....except wardrobe.... I can help you to get a wardrobe/closet if you want (cann be discussed later)

Kitchen is quite clean, all cookeries provided....

We only have centralized air-con in the foyer...

Rent is 110 + Electricity, there will be additional 5 dollars If u need me to provide a wardrobe (will get one u like from Ikea)
