标题: 好房近FLINDERS招租，即可入住，交通购物方便，欢迎来电。

交通方便，离学校近。步行7分钟到FLINDERS，步行5分钟到火车站直接到CITY，步行5米内到公车站。房子新，超干净（房东包公共清洁）。

中央空调，制冷快.

价钱可面议。可安排接机和搬家也可以

提供中西厨具，入住只需要带行李（太PERSONAL了，就不好提供了）。

如果喜欢，每个星期可以坐我们的车去CITY两次买东西。可以跟着去MARION。

可顺便帮助FLINDERS学护理的同学们功课和英语（房东去年12月刚两年护理毕业，OET考过了3个B1个A），并有大量的学习资料和考英语的资料及经验。
