I am looking for a sharemate.
My house comprises of three rooms and two bathrooms.
At the moment, I live with my wife, we both are students and from Korea.
so just three people (if you come) will use this house which is spacious for three.
and the good thing is the room has a personal bathroom with single bed, desk, chair, two fitted closets.
the price of the room is $120 including all bills( gas, internet, electricity). plus 2weeks bond
there is a big shopping centre 7 minutes walk away.
I believe this place is good for a student.
