房东是个本地的老师。
加上她房子一共就住两个人，安静+干净。
呵呵，马上要搬走，帮她发个贴子。

下面是她自己写的描述。

Professional female seeking international student to share a two bedroom, modern and clean home in quiet location. Within easy walking distance to bus stop, where regular buses take you into the city and drop at the University doorstep. Includes fully furnished bedroom in quiet location 10 mins from city. Room includes bed, large wardrobe and desk and chair. Heating and fan in the room. Internet access. Clean and tidy. Large TV and large fridge in communal area and modern kitchen and bathroom. Includes all bills, except food, but could share some meals to learn and share about each others culture. No smoking and no pets. Foodland and Coles food shopping close by and the Central Market a short bus trip away. Linen, including sheets and pillow, if needed. Please call to inspect if interested. All plates and cutlery and other kitchen equipment shared. Prefer female only.
