Character bungalow located in a very quiet street conveniently located close to all amenities. 3mins walking distance to Arndale shopping centre which host supermarkets, variety stores and bus exchange. Train station 5 mins walk. Only 1 bus/train to the city centre and North Adelaide.
The house is very clean with large beautiful landscaped backyard; secure alarm system, 2 toilets, gas stove, gas heating and airconditioning.
You will share the house with a full-time female professional who doesn't smoke and has no pets. I love swimming, badminton, tennis and crabbing in the warmer weather.
The available bedroom overlooks the backyard and is fully furnished with a queen size bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, study desk with lamp, TV and air conditioner. Quietly located in the back of the house.
$135/week includes internet (ADSL2+) and all other bills. Strictly no pets or smoking. Clean and tidy female preferred.
