3 rooms located at 107 grote street just behind the china town. It is fully furnished, sharing townhouse, most of the house mates are studying in Uni.
One room has own bathroom, double bed, sharing washing machine,drying machine, kitchen, etc. It is very clean and tidy, especially the toilet plus convenience location which is only $155 per week + share bills.
Two other rooms are also fully furnished but shared one bathroom. The rent is $150 + share bills
If anyone is interested for at least 6 month lease, the rooms are available from mid December.
