房子位于安全,宁静并且十分适合居住的Marden区。出房步行3分钟就能到 Woolworths,中国超市，药店，Post，PizzaHut,Sushi,KFC,
步行5分钟就有游泳馆以及图书馆（馆内有很多中文书籍,影视）。步行8分钟就有大型运动场，喜欢打篮球，网球，踢足球的朋友。这里是
最佳住所。从家到公车站只需4分钟路程，Bus十分方便，8分钟一班车。欢迎大家看房。
