An English speaking family offer a fully furnished single room for rent in the brand new townhouse, with two levels, ducted air-conditioning, and a large modern and fully furnished kitchen. The room includes: single bed, study desk, TV, chair and book shelves. Separated bath and toilet.
Walk 1-2 min to the bus stop no.7 (buses run every 15 minutes). It takes 10-15 min to reach Adelaide CBD. Buses 167,168 drive along Currie Str. , which is very convenient for TAFE, UniSA and Uni Adelaide students.
The rent is $135 which includes all bills (electricity, water, internet (20GB+20GB) ADSL 2++).
