House 位于安全安静的西面henley beach road .出门不行2分钟到bus 站 130 131 132 135 137 138 139  (10多趟车，交通超级方便大概5分钟不用看站表) ，J1 ，J2都可以坐。去city不到10分钟
整个房子有 1个独立卫生间 1个独立洗澡间 1个厨房 1个洗衣间  4个房间
整个house现住3个人分别是两个女生, 1个男生，由于房子最多能住4个人，因此现在招一个室友，男女皆可！！ 9月12号可以入住！！

3个室友均是安静,年輕,白天都在上班, 所以weekdays白天都不在家.
网络200G ADSL2的网络  配以最快網速, 室友都不怎么下东西, 对于学生, 网络速度和流量绝对不是问题

出租的单人房间有窗，书桌，椅子，台灯, 床，内置大衣柜。房间宽敞明亮提包即可入住。欢迎随时看房
租金：125 per week 包水, 网, 煤气, 仅不包电
