Key Responsibilities:

Position No.2: Assistant Accountant & PTE Instructor

Location: Adelaide, South Australia

Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented andproactive Assistant Accountant who can manage the financial tasks within ourcompany. Additionally, the candidate will teach PTE (Pearson Test of English)lessons during spare time. The ideal candidate must be legally eligible todrive and be willing to learn how to handle various operational cases.Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is essential for this role.

KeyResponsibilities:

Accounting Duties:

Assist with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and invoices.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
Support month-end and year-end close processes.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

PTE InstructionDuties:

Conduct PTE lessons for students, focusing on all aspects of the test.
Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to individual student needs.
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to help improve their skills.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of PTE testing requirements and strategies.

OperationalSupport:
