Bill include $220 per week.
This house is perfect for someone who works or studies in the city! The bus stop is in front of our house and only few steps go to CBD.

Our house provide unlimited NBN internet and the room will be furnished with a bed, wardrobe and desk if you need. If you have your own furniture, would be nice as well. Plz let us know which you prefer.

Details are as follows:

Single Room
- 1x single mattress
- 1x desk with lamp and chair

We have a garage can park car, but if you have a car you can park in front of house.

The common areas include equipped kitchen, dishwasher, laundry with washing machine, 1 toilets with bath.

Electricity, gas and water usage is included in the rent fee, however if the bills come over than usual bills the extra amount will charge evenly.

And Most important thing!!!
We have a 2 cats. Plz consider it when you apply this house.
