帮室友妹妹的房间找短租。她12月15日至2月23日回越南，所以想把她的房间短租出去。

独立卫浴大房间，书桌，queen bed，中央空调，大衣橱，落地窗，19年新房

公共区域有燃气灶，烤箱，洗碗机，洗衣机等

位置在Hectorville，周边步行五分钟有公交站，H33直达city 20分钟

步行15分钟有shopping centre，coles, Kmart亚超和各种商店，非常方便

门口有路边停车位

现在降价220刀/周，包bill，签SA gov的正规合同，诚信靠谱

Room for rent (short term)

I'm going back to Vietnam from December 15/12 to February 23/2 so I want to rent out the master room with private bathroom. Single room or girls only

Room price: 220 $ per week single with bill includes.

My house is in the Hectovillle area, 15 minutes from the city by car and 25 minutes by bus H33 (the bus stop is only 5 minutes from the house walking). Walking distance to Coles, Chinese supermarket, k mart or less than 3 mins drive. Super convenient location for someone who is not driving like me. :))

The house is fully furnished (includes washing machine, oven….), my room is also fully furnished ( study table, built in robe and queen bed).
