Room available for rent to a student or young working professional (preferably female)!

This spacious bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, built-in wardrobe, study desk and chair. The bathroom is shared with two other females, but there is a separate water closet.

We’re looking for someone who is clean, relatively quiet, and doesn’t mind dogs (one small-sized dog on property).

The house is located in Linden Park 5065. There is a secure fence around the perimeter, along with an alarm system.

Within 10 minutes of walking are Burnside Village, Aldi, and Coles, as well as several cafes and shops. Nearby bus stops have direct routes to the CBD (approx. 20 minutes bus ride).

$260/week including internet, but utility bills are shared. We have air-conditioning and solar panels.

No couples, no smoking, no other pets. Long-term tenancy is preferred.
