I'm looking for someone to share a place with in Magill, a neighbourhood that's safe and has great amenities.
Amenities:
Close to Firle Plaza (Kmart, Coles, Homes Chinese Supermarket, Commonwealth Bank, etc.)
Glynburn Plaza (Korean mart, Family mart, Sushi Train, Seoul Express Korean restaurant, Café Primo, Priceline pharmacy, etc.)
24-hour OTR (a gas station with Subway and C coffee inside, plus a convenience store)
Hungry Jacks
All of these are within a 12-13 minute walk or a 2-3 minute drive.
Transportation:
Bus stop within a 1-2 minute walk. Parks:
Gum reserve within a 5-minute walk.
UniSA Magill campus itself has beautiful parks and a coffee shop.
Rent:
$210 per week (includes airwardrobe, desk, single-conditiner, ceiling fan, bed, heater and electric blanket)
All bills included (Unlimited WiFi NBN 100 Mbps, electricity, water, gas, except for electricity if it exceeds a certain amount, which will be split equally)
Appliances (Cuckoo rice cooker, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator), pots, and dishes are all shared.)
The bathroom/toilet has been newly renovated, very clean.

For those attending UniSA Magill campus, it's within walking distance. Looking for someone clean and willing to stay long-term.
