Rental: $163 per week (Include water, share electricity and internet bill)
Facilities:
(1) Common Use: Television, balcony, garage, washer machine, dryer, heater, air conditioning, internet access.
(2) Room: Single bed with mattress, study desk, wardrobe, side table and chair.
Housemate: 2 female international students from malaysia (Chinese and can speak mandarin)
