Hi, I am an exchange student at the Universityof Adelaide. I'm looking to transfer my contract. My contract ends on Jan 10and I will leave on Nov 24th. Therefore, It's only available from Nov 25th toJan 10th. If you want to stay longer, you can start a new contract with Ysuites. Besides, it's a male-student apartment, so only male students can livein it. If anyone is interested, welcome to do an inspection. Detailedinformation is below.

1. Room type: 8-bed apartment at Y Suites on Waymouth. (Shared bathroom withanother guy)

2. Rent: $229 per week (including all the bills) and the bond is 2 weeks’rent.

3. Period: 25 Nov 2022-10 Jan 2023 (if you want to stay longer, you canstart a new agreement with Y suites)

4. Location: 128 Waymouth St, Adelaide SA 5000 (Adelaide CBD, near thecentral market, rundle mall, railway station, and many universities)
