Wehave a well-presented fully furnished townhouse in a quite location in the citywalking distance to Chinatown shopping centre and Universities.
Situatedin a small group with nice neighbours. The upstairs bedroom is fitted with A/C.The main bathroom has a separate bath, shower, toilet and vanity unit. Thelanding had a handy linen/storage closet.
Downstairs we have full length lounge dinning and kitchen. The lounge opens to thefront courtyard by the large French doors. The kitchen is well lit and featuresa gas cooktop, colourful splashback ample cupboard storage space. Access to theremote-controlled garage is through the dinning area. A second toilet is in thelaundry off of the kitchen and gives access to the rear courtyard area. Thehome is fitted with a security system.
Thefront courtyard is fully paved and provides some outdoor living andentertaining and is well secured for safety and privacy.
Weare seeking someone who will fit in well in a mixed home and wishing to enjoyall that the city has to offer without the commute.
