岗位要求：

主要职责：

【注册移民代理】

Job Highlights:

Experience in the migration industry
Proven knowledge of practising migration law and procedure
Provide immigration advice and lodging visa application
Leading and assisting the migration team to provide professional consultation to the client

Key Responsibilities:

To provide professional legal advice on migration matters
Research legislation cases and precedents whenever required.
Responsible for preparing legal / migration documentation and submit to the Department of Home Affairs and/or the Administrative Appeals Tribunal
Managing casework and client files.
Researching cases to provide clients with the most effective & practical solution on their migration pathway
Responsible for drafting and reviewing submissions addressing a range of issues such as Character, Family Violence and Waivers etc.
Act in accordance with the Code of Conduct is administered by the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA).
Ability to deal effectively with relevant authorities including Skills assessing bodies, Immigration SA, Department of Home Affairs.

Job Requirements:

Registered with OMARA
Australian qualified Registered Migration Agent with a minimum of 3 years qualified experience specializing in Business & Investment visas application
Proven knowledge of practising migration law and procedure
Good communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
Excellent command of both written and spoken English
Must have valid professional insurance
