Requirements:
1. East or South of the City.
2. Live less than 3 other people.
3. Rent should be below $150 inclusive of bills.
4. Ample garage space for me to store some of my furnitures.
5. Car park for me to park my vehicle.
I am in my final year of law studies, so I need to share with somebody who is quiet at home.
