标题: 【整组可养猫】近city 西南plympton unit 多间出租
一手房源！非二房东！！三室一厅/两室两厅。
一间主卧，另外一个是套间（bed2 & bed3）

有一个停车位，全家具，中央水冷空调。租套间（200+share bills）或者整租（350）可以养猫。六个月起租，随时入住。

交通便利！门口就是公交站，步行五分钟可到tram站！
生活更便利！后门就是Coles，马路对面新开了aldi，家门口BP油价日常最低！
开车五分钟到city，五分钟到glenelg，十分钟到marion，十分钟到机场！

暂定每周日下午inspection，有意向可发邮件到 [email protected]咨询具体时间，inspection以后有意向需要提供application form，收入证明（留学生可免），签正规政府合同。

自己上学时候住的房子，希望可以找到一个爱干净的房客。之前只租华人是觉得local比较没皮没脸，有经历过拖欠三个月房租的情况，最后是法警强行赶走，银行保险赔的的房租。现在受疫情影响留学生短期也回不来，准备同步发real estate再试试local。还是希望找个合适的华人吧，房租会比租local 低一些。非诚勿扰，谢谢
