标题: Klemzig超级温馨近obane宽敞的单人房和主卧找主人啦
两周磅金上交政府，合同书是政府网站下载，房间带锁，现室友都生活规律，保证你住的舒心放心。

房子是175平米的house在Klemzig靠近Vale park，是典型的自住区，非常幽静安全。双砖房冬暖夏凉，但也有分房间的冷暖空调自己调控更舒服。

开车13分钟就到阿大东校区,喜欢运动的同学走10分钟左右到Klemzig interchange乘车，不喜欢运动的同学走路最多五分钟就到W90，281车站，20分钟就到学校门口了。

共有四个房间，房间都很大，再加上充足的后院，大家自由活动的空间很大，不用一直待在房间，但若是宅男/女，房间也是相当宽敞。NBN无线网免费。

出租的是
Single room, 180全包。和其他四人共用卫浴，7.16起租
