Spacious two story townhouse with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 Separate toilets. separate lounge with lovely North facing bay window, garage parking, and large courtyard.
The house is located in great location, bus stop 1 in henley beach road, in a walkable distance to city( 30mins) close to city, 20 mins walking to Uni SA city west campus, supermarket( Foodland, Asian grocery) and local restaurants around.
Transport
10 mins Direct bus to city:
J1, J3,163, H20, H30, H33, H32, H22 alternatively, 10 mins walking to the Thebarton tram stop to take free tram.
Max three people in this house
There is one small room available on 14th June 2017.
Unlimited Internet.
1 study area in the lounge.
2 people share 1 toilet.
Fully furnished. Each room includes single bed and study desk, build in robes.
There is a study area downstairs is also welcome to use.
The room is $ 155 share bills ( the internet, water, electricity) for short term, prefer long terms ,Four weeks bonds.
Two week advanced notice before move out.
We are looking for someone who is easy going, tidy and respectful to move in.
House inspection is available during weekends Please text me if you are interested in, I wont check BBS regularly.
