Spacious two story townhouse with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 Separate toilets. separate lounge with lovely North facing bay window, garage parking, and large courtyard.


The house is located in great location, bus stop 2 in henley beach road,  in a walkable distance to city( 30mins) close to city, supermarket( Foodland, Asian grocery) and local restaurants.

13 mins Direct bus to city:
J1, J3,163, H20, H30, H33, H32, H22



Max three people in this house

There are two small rooms available on 25th Feb 2017.


Unlimited Internet.
2 Car parks.
1 study area in the lounge.
2 people share 1 toilet.


Each room includes single bed and study desk, build in robes.

There is a study area downstairs is also welcome to use.



Each room is $ 150 share bills ( internet, water, electricity)  for short terms(three months)$145 share bills for long terms( at least 6 months)
Two weeks bonds.

Two week advanced notice before move out.

We are looking for someone who is easy going, tidy and respectful to move in.


At the moment, we are moving house.
The house will be fully furnished by the time you move in.
Latest images will be updated soon.

House inspection is available after this Sunday afternoon at 5.Please text me if you are interested in, I wont check BBS often.
