周租$95全包(电,煤气), 4周bond金($380). 现在就可入住!

一般，TAKE 房子，才交四周BOND金的。
这区UNIT一般160，170的样子。95是小得一塌糊涂的单间，还只包电煤，那水和网呢？
这年头，UNIT也要赚钱啊，忒贵了！好远的区！
