Use the throttle cleaner only if you know what you're doing. Make sure to read the instructions and don't let the engine stall while in use, otherwise the water build-up will destroy your engine.

It might clean the carbon build-up, but won't fix the root of the problem. Check your fuel filter, air filter and sparks.
