475转887递交申请后等签证期间是否需要一直呆在澳洲境内？

可以去移民局申请bridge B Visa， 75块，有正当理由即可。

请教一下，这个Bridge B Visa在哪里可以申请啊，在阿德莱德就行吗？大概需要几个工作日？这个Visa允许你出入境多长时间？谢了

The requirements to be satisfied in order to be granted a
Bridging visa B include that:
• you must be the holder of a bridging visa A or B;
• you must have substantial reasons for wishing to leave and
re-enter Australia; and
• your return to Australia would not be contrary to the public

The completed form may be lodged in person or sent by post to

再问一下，你拿了Bridge B Visa出境后，CO是不是不会给你批签，知道你回来，还是会写信通知你回来，然后给批签。我因为不是主申请人，这个也是一样的流程？还是我的没有影响，甚至可以在境外贴签？

主副申请人都一定要回来才能下签的，至于其他的我还没申请，也不清楚。楼主直接去移民局问应该能有答案，有答案了麻烦贴上来看看。

If you are neither an Australian citizen nor an Australian permanent resident, but you intend to live in or visit Australia, both you and all secondary applicants listed in your application will be required to undergo a health examination and pass specific health requirements before a visa can be issued.

You and all secondary applicants are also required to be ‘of good character’ in order to live in or visit Australia. This is determined by Australian authorities and you may be asked to provide evidence such as police certificates for every country you have resided in since turning 16 years of age for 12 months or longer over the previous ten (10) years.

谢谢各位的热心帮助。刚才去移民局问了，接待的人是这样解释的：
1，先看你的目前的Visa是啥时候到期，比如你是475的，第一次入境时间是2010年1月1日，那么你目前475的Visa有效期是到2013年的1月1日为止，期间的话，你可以无限次出入澳洲境内。这个和你是否申请887（永久居民）没有关系。Bridge Visa是在你2013年1月1日到期后才有的， 以便于你可以继续留在澳洲境内，同事等待其他的Visa。在Bridge A期间，如果你要出境，并且想再回到澳洲，那你需要申请Bridge B Visa。
2，475申请887的时候，提出申请时，必须所有的申请人都在澳洲境内，包括主申请人和附属的申请人。
3，在Visa 批准的时候，所有的申请人也必须在澳洲，如果你人不再澳洲，移民官会要求（不知道是不是会通知）你在4周之内回到澳洲，这样才能下签。

我理解的是，递交887申请后，你是可以离境和入境的，只要你的475Visa还在有效期内，不存在递交887后原来的原来的475Visa就失效了。不过就是要注意你的475Visa的有效期，还有移民官的通知，啥时你一定要入境，以获得887Visa的批准。

另外，保险期间，可以电话询问移民局，把自己的情况说明一下以确认你出境后可以再次入境，或者原来的规定变化了。

不知我理解的是否完全正确。

有很多475有这样的情况，一方在澳洲准备拿身份，一方在国内不舍得放弃现有的工作和业务，两头跑，到时申请永久居民的时候就会碰到这样的问题，所以必须事先搞清楚，以尽早做好应对之策。

你说的是对，我今天问了志杰移民的专家，他说495、475签证一直有效直到你贴PR！所以我们是不用申请过桥签证的，但是887批时会收到邮件通知，在这通知的28天内，一定要去任何有澳大利亚移民办公室的城市贴签即可，否则申请作废，只能回到澳后再次申请！

申请完887后，是不是就可以离开AD到其他洲工作学习了啊。只要拿PR前不出境就行。
