Rooms and three are currently occupied, bathroom and toilet are separate. House has a carport and garage. Rooms have newly installed air conditioner.

The house is 20 minutes from the City by car and public transport.

(Bus - 719 or 720 at stop 13 on South Road or 241 at stop 14 on Towers Terrace)

(Train - Seaford/Tonsley line and stop at Edwardstown station).

Near Castle Plaza Shopping Centre (Coles, Foodland, Target etc.)

Rent is $90 per week (covers electricity (no heater), gas, water and internet expenses).

6 months minimum rental agreement. Bond is two weeks rent.
