Single room vacant in a 3 bedroom house in the south near FMC, Flinders Uni and Westfield Marion. $170/ wk + shared bill. Dish washing liquid/ cleaning products are provided. Four weeks bond, minimum stay 3 months. You will share bathroom and toilet with one male housemate.

Seconds to the Oakland and Wetlands Reserve with a fun playground, Coles, shops, some restaurants, Marion shopping centre and the Marion Outdoor Pool are all just down the road within walking distance.

Three minutes walk to train which takes you 30 min right to the city centre- close to Adelaide Uni and Uni SA, Rundle mall etc.

Room will be vacant after 16 Sep. please note the photo of the room is a guidance as to what it looks like. The furnitures are different now. Need someone clean and quiet. No couples or pets. Please message to 0450701028 if you’re interested. Thanks.
