我们实验室（南澳大学）一个非常nice的韩国大哥，在Walkaville区有一个两房unit出租，两个都是大房间，厨房设施完善，还有洗碗机。

离城很近，bus stop第9站，周围就有shops，生活方便。可以沿着torrens 河边骑车来阿大和南澳大学上学，10-15分钟，非常方便和安全。

4月11号可以入住，包所有bill。

Bedroom 2: 2 x single bed, $170/week (bond $340) for single or $230/week (bond $460) for two people

R/C air conditioning in living area

Well located close to the city and a short distance from shops, transport.

Very safe bike path following the River Torrens through CBD (app. 10-15min)

Just a couple of minute walk to bus stop 9 (206, 208, 281, 975), 10min to city

On-street parking
