sorry cannot type Chinese in office.
I have a house for rental and the agent said it has some issues need to be fixed including:
- Loose/swinging tiles at the rear of the house
- Bedroom 2 - door handle falling apart
- Font door handle not fixed in place
- Alarm indicates low battery.

Can anyone fix them?

and you need to provide your police check to my agent before you can go into the house.
