市区近唐人街单间出租，短租租期1月22到3月15号，$140包全部bills。长租1月22可入住，$165包全部bills。（房间原价165，如果可以短租，本人放假回来继续住并且补25刀差价，实在是住的超舒服。。。）长租的话也是很灵活，没有半年或者一年的合约，住的不舒服随时可以搬走，但必须提前两周说明。
房子位于主干道旁边小巷，闹中取静，到阿大或者unisa步行无压力，离中央市场两三分钟，生活便利。
房子整体干净整洁，带前后院，环境优美无宠物无吸烟史。具体请看下图。厨房厕所用具一应俱全，房东提供基本所有生活用品，包括床单被套厕纸洗衣粉等等...纯拿包入住。房子总共四间房，室友分别是local房东，越南女生还有中国女生，室友人超级友善从未有过任何矛盾。

A room is now available in a very tidy four-bedroom house, run by a native English speaker, with more than ten years experience hosting international students. The room is fully furnished, including; a double bed with sheets, quilt and pillows, wardrobe, desk and table lamps, bookcases, coffee table, fan, heater, air-conditioning, LCD Flat screen TV, DVD player and more. Shared facilities include; a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, laundry and a relaxing tropical back garden.
The house is in the heart of the city, 2 minutes walk from the Central Market/Chinatown and Coles supermarket. You can walk to Uni or catch the free bus service, which stops just around the corner from the house .
$165 per week rent, which includes all electricity, gas and water costs.
