房子在North Plymptom, 去China town, uniSA west campus非常方便，这个房间从1/6/23起招租。
家里有三个房间,两个卫生间,房东不住家里, 住满一共三个人。家里有house rule和值日生安排。所有文件全部政府正规网站下载，磅金两周上交 SA CBS.
不招couple,不招宠物，谢谢！
家里有制冷空调,室友是两宅男，非常安静，但也很友好，如果有担心离机场近太吵的同学就多虑了，飞机航线不在房子上面。
主卧有自带的卫生间,走入衣柜，梳妆台也可当书桌。房间宽敞明亮，冬天可以晒到太阳，也有遥控卷帘窗祝你睡懒觉。
家里前院可以停车，没有车的同学公交Marion Road 9A站，167，H20，168第九站直达city。还有公交100路。280全包水电和网50mbps，寻安静爱干净的同学，请短信至0425703761，谢谢!
