The test has two parts - Part A and Part B.

Part A

There are eight diagram questions in part A. You need to decide which vehicle or pedestrian is required to give way under the circumstances shown in each diagram. All eight questions must be answered correctly before you can progress to part B.

Part B

In part B you need to answer 42 multiple choice questions on the road rules and road safety.

To pass, you must correctly answer all of the diagram questions in Part A and at least 32 of the multiple-choice questions in Part B.
